Senior Product Marketing Manager

We're in search of a Product Marketing Manager for leading and fast growing startup-

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute detailed marketing plans to boost brand visibility, stimulate demand, and facilitate product adoption.
• Define clear product messaging and positioning in collaboration with the Product Management team.
• Design and produce essential marketing materials, including sales documentation, case studies, and sector-specific reports.
• Oversee the launch and promotion of products, ensuring efficient team collaboration across departments.
• Undertake detailed market and competitor analyses to identify trends, customer needs, and potential challenges.
• Support the Sales team by developing impactful sales tools, training materials, and promotional campaigns.
• Track marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies based on empirical data.
• Remain informed on industry changes and competitive positioning to guide strategic planning.

Qualifications

• A minimum of four years in product marketing, specifically in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience in startup environments for at least two years.
• Demonstrated ability in managing and optimizing B2B sales funnels.
• A history of successful marketing strategy formulation and campaign execution.
• Advanced analytical skills, capable of leveraging data to make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, adept at presenting clear and compelling product narratives.
• Strong collaborative skills, able to influence peers and higher-ups without direct authority.
• Committed to driving results, with a focus on tangible outcomes.
• Creative and innovative, enthusiastic about solving challenges.
• Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) SaaS products is beneficial.
