New Product Introduction Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a New Product Introduction Engineer at Roboteam's location in Petah Tikva. The engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to the introduction of new products, including research and development, project management, product development, and testing. They will work closely with the engineering team to ensure successful product launches and meet project deadlines.

In addition, the role entails daily interaction with subcontractors and overseeing the transition from development to production. There will also be a high volume of international travel involved.

Qualifications

• Ability to characterize and write product portfolios.
• Experience working with subcontractors.
• Analytical Skills and Research and Development (R&D) experience
• Strong project management skills
• Product Development and Testing expertise
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• High level of English proficiency is a must!
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in the defense or robotics industry is a plus
• high volume of international travel involved
