International Sales Manager (B2B SaaS / High-Tech)

A fast-growing technology company delivering cutting-edge AI and IoT field service management solutions is seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to lead business development and direct sales across the Africa region.

In this role, you will focus on direct sales to end-customers (Telecom operators, TowerCos, energy providers, and enterprise infrastructure companies). You will drive complex, high-value B2B software deals, build strong pipelines, and expand our market presence in Africa, requiring extensive international travel (~50%).

Direct B2B Sales: Lead full-cycle direct sales processes—from lead generation and discovery to contract negotiations and closing—targeting end-user enterprises (no distributors/channels).
Pipeline & Africa Expansion: Identify, target, and acquire tier-1 and tier-2 end-customers across key African markets.
C-Level Engagement: Conduct strategic account planning and present solution value to C-level executives, VP Operations, and key decision-makers.
Sales Execution: Meet and exceed aggressive annual sales quotas and revenue KPIs in the region.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to match customer needs with platform capabilities.
