Creative Marketing Manager

Particle is a fast-growing ecommerce brand and a leader in the men's personal care category.

We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to join our team in Tel-Aviv and take our marketing activities to the next level.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with the Head of Marketing to streamline creative production processes as we launch new products and new markets
• Manage creative process for new ads: Build detailed briefs, coordinate with in-house and external resources (agencies, copywriters, voiceover artists, video editors, graphic designers, etc.), ensure that all stakeholders stick to strict deadlines
• Coordinate video and photography shoots and ensure smooth and efficient productions
• Organize and manage localization projects: Assess needs, work with agencies to have materials translated and localized, ensure that ads and website are updated accordingly
• Organize creative assets in our Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool
• Source stock assets for advertising campaigns
• Create and manage a monthly marketing calendar
• Track, analyze and report on creative performance across multiple advertising platforms
• Collaborate with the team to develop novel creative concepts and strategies for existing and new products across our advertising platforms
• Ensure brand consistency in all content created
• Manage company blog to ensure quality and improve SEO

We're Looking For Someone Who Brings

• 4+ years of experience working in marketing for a brand or agency, preferably in a role involving project and creative asset management
• Excellent project-management and time-management skills
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment
• Firm knowledge of social and digital marketing metrics
• Understanding of consumer marketing psychology
• The ability to research new trends and learn new skills on your own
• Proficient in English, other languages are a plus
• Experience with project management platforms is a plus
