JamesAllen.com is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist to join its Herzliya-based marketing team. They will join the CRM team; this dynamic role reports to the Head of CRM.
What You’ll Do
· Maternity Leave Position for 6-8 months with an option of a permanent contract following the company's needs.
· Manage and maintain customer engagement and advocacy programs (reviews, loyalty, refer-a-friend) to ensure continued activation and conversions throughout the customer journey, from purchase through retention and advocacy.
· Work in conjunction with 3rd party providers and a broader team, including designers, email marketing, and developers, to create and manage campaign messaging, creative, and approvals.
· Identify strong UGC and work with the entire team to leverage it through different marketing channels.
· Identify and build rapport with customers to increase their growth in the loyalty program, referrals, advocacy, and lifetime value.· Oversee and optimize the SMS marketing activities, transactional emails
· Manage the strategy, campaigns, and measurement of Direct Mail campaigns
Who You Are
A successful candidate will have a passion for serving and understanding customers. They must have:
· Understanding of CRM processes with a background in customer conversion and retention strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Comfort analyzing and evaluating campaigns to enable data-driven recommendations.
· High level of English (written and oral).
· Experience working with the Yotpo system- An advantage.
· Experience working with Excel (Pivot Tables and Vlookups.).
· Experience in email marketing/ marketing automation platform- An advantage.
· Attention to detail.
