General Manager Production

An industrial - defense plant in Kiryat Gat needs a production manager

 to manage and lead the production system of the plant 

while meeting the production plans

 and output goals,

 quality in production, 

efficiency and meeting delivery dates

 as well as leading improvements from the worlds of LEAN

Degree in industrial engineering and management/mechanical engineering

Management experience of at least 7 years in a large organization (over 200 employees)

Experience in managing a team of employees and middle managers

Experience working with the railway department

Knowledge of the field of machining - a significant advantage

Knowledge and understanding of the world of lean - a significant advantage

versus planning and defining an action plan to close gaps

Compliance with a new set of indicators (KPI) to control efficiency, quality, on-time delivery, etc.

Ability to make decisions under pressure, systemic vision and creative thinking
