Experienced NLP Engineer

Our dynamic startup, located in Tel Aviv, is seeking a visionary experienced NLP Engineer. This role offers the unique opportunity to drive advancements in our real-time NLP engine, enhancing our CAI platform for a seamless UX on top of SOTA algorithms.

Position Overview

In this role, you will develop production-ready NLP solutions in scale, fine-tune LLMs, and create CAI tools for conversation designers in a real time production environment. You will also be the go-to-expert for building the best conversational flows, using cutting edge technologies.

The engine allows true open-ended conversations that affect the game flow and experience, allowing unscripted and on-the-fly exploration that works. 

Requirements:

• Proven ability to build NLP-based tools and LLMs, including prompt engineering experience
• Very strong Python experience in development, from ideation to production
• Good knowledge of ML libraries and evaluation methods

Optional:

• Experience collaborating closely with non-technical peers
• Leadership experience
• BS.c. or higher in NLP, Computer Science, or related field
