NESS is looking for an IT Service Manager.
The position includes responsibility and management of the IT service for all employees of the organization, direct management of team leaders, technicians and supporters.
In addition, activity with various parties in the organization and control of the level of service.
Full time, in Lod.
Requirements:
Experience of 3 years or more in managing an IT support center with an SLA framework - A must.
Experience with service processes - A must.
Experience working with SAP and CRM systems - A must.
Mastery of technical English at a high level - A significant advantage.
ITIL certification - Advantage.
