In this pivotal role, you will lead a dynamic team of developers, meticulously analyze business requirements, and architect top-tier, scalable solutions. As R&D Group Manager, your key responsibilities will encompass:

Providing leadership and mentorship to both in-house and remote development teams.

Ensuring the effective design and development of systems adhering to approved methodologies.

Participating in reviews of functional design specifications and collaborating with technical team members to determine optimal technical design approaches.

Close collaboration with Product Management to facilitate the seamless translation of business requirements.

Active participation in project planning sessions.

Cultivating expertise in both application and technical infrastructure, ultimately becoming a subject matter expert.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Java/JEE application development.

At least 3 years of successful leadership experience managing teams of 7 members or more.

Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and develop enterprise-level applications.

Proficiency in working with Oracle databases.

Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving nonstandard problems through innovative solutions.

Thorough knowledge of and experience with Web Services and the Spring framework. Familiarity with Kafka, Elastic Search, and Redis.
