The position: 

We are a lean and mean operation, so each and every one is a significant piece of the puzzle. This is fun, but demanding. An operations expert is in charge of streamlining transactions, reporting and support of our partners both within Israel and abroad. This role requires strategic process oriented thinking while dealing with the daily hand to hand operational challenges. 

The responsibilities of a back office expert: 

• Create financial alternative investment transactions records in multiple software platforms. 
• Reconcile and merge transactions coming from multiple financial institutions (bank, custodian, administrator etc.). 
• Create and monitor control files of different investment  transactions and subscriptions. 
• Monitor and follow up with existing transactions, subscriptions. 
• Red flag any clients or partners who should be addressed for clarifications. 

Who are we looking for: 

• Very responsible individual who can handle financial transactions. 
• Punctuality, observant of details and reliable.
• Capacity to be many hours concentrated in front of a screen. 
• Prior back office experience. 
• Diligent and poses natural efficiency. 
• High level of English 
• Not afraid of learning new SW systems
