The Opportunity

The Business Analyst will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders local and global to gather, document, and analyse business requirements, processes, and workflows. They will translate these requirements into functional specifications for technology teams and work closely with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure successful project delivery.

The Business Analyst will also be involved in identifying areas for process improvement and recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Missing - data analytics, develop, analyse, and create insights from our data into projects, initiatives, and our performance KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Elicit, document, and analyse business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Translate Business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
• Collaborate with technology teams to design and execute solutions that meet business needs.
• Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.
• Ensure that proposed solutions align with the organisation's strategic goals and technological capabilities.
• Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
• Recommend process improvements and assist in their implementation
• Gathering and assessing data related to planning and forecasting as well as analysing the data
• Developing order forecasts and/or scenario analyses
• Developing planning for the assigned region/country
• Monitoring the progress and performance of the logistics operations and/or courier capacity
• Proposing and/or implementing opportunities for improvement in the planning and forecasting processes, procedures, and/or systems
  
  

Skills And Experience We Need From You

• Strong analytical skills with 3+ years of complex data experience.
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros) and advantageous familiarity with SQL.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and other big data analytics platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Outside-the-box thinking and quick learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools like Tableau.
• Organised with high attention to detail.
