System Administrator

AGAS is seeking for a System administrator to join the IT group!

We are looking for a responsible person, independent learner who quickly adapts to changes.

Responsibilities:

Be part of our IT support for all company's worldwide customers.

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to On-prem and Cloud Envirements.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience with IT issues Maintain, troubleshoot, upgrade Microsoft & Mac based OS (Win + Server)
• Hands-On experience with on-prem Services – GPO, DHCP, RDS, Terminal.
• Hands-On Experience with Microsoft 365 administration – AAD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune
• Hands-On Experience with Google Workspace.
• Experience with EDR&XDR solutions
• Experience with networking solutions - Fortinet\Sophos\Checkpoint
