Junior Digital Information Systems Implementer and Analyst - Position number 1311

The role serves as a technological mediator between various departments within the portfolio management company.

In this role, you will:

• Provide support and service to users of various information systems within the organization (for example, Danel, BI and CRM), solve problems, and analyze business requirements.
• Manage permissions, create reports, and Dashboards for users.
• Plan and specify integrations with additional products and systems, including writing detailed functional specification documents.
• These documents will include business needs, detailed processes, objects, data, and the interfaces against which the integration will be performed.
• Drive internal organizational factors and collaborate with external suppliers (such as developers and/or software providers).

This is a Full-time position, Sunday-Thursday, 9 hours, with flexibility for a parent's schedule for shorter/longer days.

Job requirements:

• A Bachelors degree in a relevant field (such as Information Systems/Computer Science/Software Engineering) or a relevant professional certificate – mandatory.
• Professional experience with BI – mandatory
• At least one year of experience in implementing a CRM platform – mandatory
• Advanced Excel skills (such as proficiency in complex formulas and VBA) - mandatory
• Understanding of system architecture and various permission structures – a significant advantage
• Familiarity with the finance sector – a significant advantage
• Project management experience – an advantage
• High level of English (writing and speaking) – a significant advantage
