About the Role:

Roomer Travel is seeking a skilled Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will be instrumental in providing financial insights, analysis, and support to drive decision-making and contribute to our overall financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update financial models and forecasts
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information and provide financial guidance
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations
• Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and financial plans
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support as needed
• Continuously improve financial processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CMA) preferred
• Fluent English and Hebrew Speaker, with ability to read and write financial documentation in both languages
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, including experience at a top-tier investment bank such as Goldman Sachs
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial planning software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
