Sales & Technical Business Analyst with Software Sales Focus

*Objective:* Enhance the portfolio of customers for a software development studio across four main verticals: large corporations, startups, companies with outdated software, and entrepreneurs.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Customer Acquisition and Analysis:*

  - Identify and target potential clients within our four main verticals: large corporations (including NATO contracts and municipalities), startups, companies requiring software upgrades, and entrepreneurs.

  - Conduct market analysis to understand client needs and align our software development services accordingly.

2. *Sales and Business Development:*

  - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in targeted sectors.

  - Seek opportunities to register as an authorized vendor and apply for relevant bids.

  - Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.

3. *Project Coordination:*

  - Work closely with the technical team to ensure client requirements are accurately understood and met.

  - Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables are met according to client expectations.

4. *Technical Understanding:*

  - Have a good understanding of programming stacks, CI/CD, and other software development requirements.

  - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the software development industry.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (not a must).

- Proven experience in business analysis and sales, preferably in the software development industry.

- Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.

- Native/Fluent in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
