Cyber Security Specialist

Mertens-Malam Team is looking for a Cyber Security Implementer for a governmental entity in Jerusalem.

Job Description:

The role includes access control, system protection, Firewall, IPS, DLP, cyber security implementation, and installation, management, operation, and maintenance of cyber security products (such as mobile antivirus).

Implementation of routine security processes (such as account management, user permissions, password management, user computer and information access management, endpoint equipment, and mobile device security aspects).

Identification and initial/basic handling of security incidents based on knowledge of threat types and attacks and how to deal with detected attacks.

Providing timely troubleshooting and issue resolution, performing periodic request actions, and installing updates to improve network security.

Working with suppliers to carry out new maintenance activities, etc.

Requirements:

5 years of experience in the field.

Experience and work with WAN/LAN networks, large-scale routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).

Experience with Check Point products is mandatory.

Experience working with routers, firewalls, and switches installation.

Experience and work with network protocols such as HSRP, QoS, MPLS, VRF, GSLB.

Experience with Wireshark and traffic analysis - an advantage.

Knowledge and work with scripts and automation in Python language - an advantage.
