As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Backend Team Leader to join our Group in Tel Aviv.

Job Description: As a Backend Team Leader , you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled developers in the design, development, and maintenance of our backend systems.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of our applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Node.js, Vue.js, and JavaScript, along with proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of backend developers to deliver high-quality code and meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, designers, and product managers, to define requirements and implement solutions.
• Architect and design scalable, efficient, and maintainable backend systems using Node.js and other relevant technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and streamline workflows.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in backend development, and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (4 years) as a backend developer, with expertise in Node.js, Vue.js, and JavaScript.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with related tools (e.g., Jira, Git).
• Deep understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
