Responsibilities

• Oversight of all accounting, financial reporting, treasury, equity, incentive compensation, tax, internal controls & finance operations functions across the company and its subsidiaries
• Providing strategic guidance around treasury and financial management options to support company growth and day-to-day needs
• Managing legal operations, overseeing providers, employees and platform agreements. Work with the company’s law firms on all such requirements
• Managing all global tax planning, model and making sure of the company’s compliance with all required federal, state, local, payroll, property, and other applicable taxes
• Serving as the main point of contact for banks, financial partners, institutions, authorities (ITA, IRS, VAT), public auditors, and officials
• Leading long-range planning, annual operating plan/budgeting, forecasts, monthly and quarterly business outlooks
• Managing payment processing, in and outward rails, payment fraud detection, and cost-optimization

Requirements

• 5 years of experience from any of the big 4 accounting firms - working in the technology sector, or 2 years as a Director or VP Finance from a B2C technology company
• Strong US GAAP and Israeli GAAP knowledge - A must
• Experience in the games industry (consulting or direct) - a significant advantage
• Efficient and creative problem-solving skills - “Yes we can” approach 
• Outstanding attention to detail with a high level of analytical and professional skills
• Excellent English level – both written and verbal
• Great communication skills
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting
• Exceptional collaborator and communicator who has a success rate in influencing creative and operational leadership. Successfully able to influence without authority and involve all vital levels of leadership in making the appropriate decisions. Hands-on, ambitious style, as well as a strong bias for action and results: the ability to work effectively in a highly innovative, unstructured environment; collaborative and without ego.
• Operationally oriented, intensely “hands-on” and a true business partner and collaborator. Shown success at providing data-driven insights to help the business make the right decisions
