Role Description

The Senior Data Scientist will be responsible for performing data analysis, developing statistical models, creating data visualizations, and conducting data analytics. They will also be involved in data interpretation and providing insights to drive decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop statistical and Machine learning prediction sports models end to end until production. 
• Engineer and leverage years of historical sports data assets
• Implement sports models pricing engines in Python.
• Test and ensure model accuracy through automatic tests.
•  Bring Innovations and act as a source of knowledge. 
• Collaborate with the engineering team to bring analytical prototypes to production.

Qualifications

• Masters, or Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field – Must.
• 4+ years of experience in quantitative analytics, statistical \ Tabular data modeling.
• Deep understanding of predictive modeling, regressions, classic machine-learning models, clustering, and classification techniques.
• Expert in Python with a focus on performance-driven techniques and optimization.
• Understanding of engineering principles: OOP, Kubernetes
• Strong English
• Similar Industry experience- Big Advantage
