EPC Analyst & Reporting

Purpose / Responsibilities of the role

Coordinate the reporting rhythm of the project, including collection and assembly of relevant inputs from all contributors:

• EPC Weekly Coordination Meeting (internal)
• Weekly SPC-EPC-Maintainer coordination Meeting (TMT)
• Weekly Management Meeting with PMC (Owner’s Representative)
• Bi-weekly meeting with NTA / High Level meeting with NTA (the Owner)
• Monthly Progress Report (MPR)
• Monthly Progress Review with LTA (Lenders Technical Advisors)
• ad hoc reports & presentations, special projects
  
  

• KPI’s for on-time, quality and completeness of the reports / presentations
  
  

• 3 years’ working experience in the field of project management of infrastructure construction projects
  
  

• Analytic approach along with a hands-on way to strive for solutions
• Team player with intercultural mind-set and spirit
• Ability to communicate along with strong processing-, planning- and presentation skills
• Readiness to travel occasionally
• Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Working experience in similar role in PM or other functions or intensive internship experience with industrial products
