About The Role

We are looking for an Integrations & Cloud Security Product Management to join our R&D team The successful candidate will contribute multifaceted and critical knowledge across all our cloud-based products and services that are not only functional and user-friendly but also secure and compliant with relevant standards and regulations.

The primary focus will combine elements of product management, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and system integration to create comprehensive solutions for our valued SMB customers. This role will report directly into our Director of Strategic Initiatives & Products

Responsibilities

• Lead the product development process from ideation through launch and beyond.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, including feature updates and enhancements.
• Communicate product vision, progress, and updates clearly to internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, maintaining transparency and responsiveness.
• Work closely with development, design, and product marketing teams to facilitate seamless product development.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure a superior user experience.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, actively seeking and implementing feedback.
• Conduct rigorous market research to identify opportunities and gaps in the product landscape.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies, driving a culture of innovation.
  
  

• A minimum of 4+ years of proven track record in end-to-end product management, from ideation to successful launch and ongoing lifecycle management.
• Experience in developing cybersecurity tools that facilitate connectivity to third-party tools and cloud applications.
• Strong technical background with a solid understanding of APIs, and cloud computing concepts.
• Act as a subject matter expert on API management, connector development, and cloud security, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and product marketing.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience implementing user-centric design principles in product development.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies in a product management context.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Adaptability to technological advancements and industry shifts, ensuring the product remains at the forefront of innovation.
