About the role

As the Technical Project Manager for our Data Team at Exactius, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our data products and services. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, implementing best practices in project management, and efficiently allocating resources for development to support prioritization and planning efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the timelines of all projects within the data team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Implement and maintain best practices and standards for project management processes within the department.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Effectively manage resources, including task assignment, workload allocation, and capacity planning, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices and streamline processes within the data team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role, preferably in a data-centric environment or online marketing agency.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a track record of successfully managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on motivating and empowering team members to achieve project goals.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Clickup, as well as knowledge of data visualization tools and technologies.
• Passion for technology, data-driven insights, and innovation in the online marketing industry.
