We look for an experienced commercial lawyer to join our legal team and support the Company's departments and subsidiaries worldwide. This is a unique opportunity to work on diverse legal matters at a "green" global public company located in the north.

What will you actually be doing?

• Work directly with Amiad Sales to negotiate and close commercial agreements with local and international customers.
• Assist and support a wide variety of legal matters such as: corporate, procurement, marketing, R&D, services, privacy, labor etc.
• Draft and negotiate contracts.
• Provide ongoing legal consultation on matters relating to the company’s day-to-day operations.
• Engage with external law firms when and where required.

What should you bring to the table?

• At least 5 years of relevant legal commercial experience in a commercial department of a leading law firm or as an in-house legal counsel in a company.
• Fluent English with excellent drafting skills.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• Business orientation and can do approach.
• Team player. Deal maker.
• Experience in a public company is an advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
