3.    Ability to read construction plans: Being able to read and understand construction plans and sketches is important for understanding client requirements and expectations.

4.    Teamwork skills: Working in the construction and design field requires collaboration among various professions and experts, so the ability to work in a team is crucial.

5.    Understanding of BIM systems: Revit is a Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, so understanding BIM concepts and workflows is essential.

6.    Ability to plan and create 3D models: Revit allows for the creation and editing of 3D models, so proficiency in working within a three-dimensional workspace is necessary.

7.    Implementation of professional standards and regulations: Like any other professional field, there are standards and regulations that need to be adhered to in construction and design work, such as building codes, safety regulations, etc.
