The company uses proprietary technology to track the availability and performance of cloud-based services globally, collecting millions of data points a day and alerting when outages occurs. The data is used to assess and model cloud risk as well as to underwrite the first-of-its-kind cloud insurance. Parametrix operates from offices in New York and Tel Aviv.

What We Are Looking For: 

We are looking for a brilliant highly motivated individual to join the Parametrix team and lead our financial matters. You will work directly with the management team and be responsible for supporting the company’s global growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all day-to-day financial matters of the company 
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, cash flow management, annual budget and budget vs actual reports
• Consolidate quarterly and annual reports of foreign subsidiaries
• Support annual audited financial statements and tax filings, interact with the external auditors, prepare and provide all audit materials required
• Manage external bookkeeping
• Support management with preparation of reports and presentations for board meetings and senior management needs
• Support legal and compliance company requirements
• Manage stock option plan and grants, work with the company’s trustee, be responsible for 409 valuations

Qualifications:

• CPA with at least 2 years of experience as a controller in a high-tech company
• Qualified and experienced CPA from one of the "Big Four" accounting firms
• Fluent communication in English, both written and verbal
• Creative problem solver
• Independent and self managed

Bonus Points:

• Experienced in working with foreign subsidiaries
• Prior knowledge of Priority ERP Systems
