As a Business Analyst & Innovation Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of discovering relevant startups and entrepreneurs aligned with our corporate needs.

Forge collaborations with industry professionals and key players in the food tech sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential partners based on business needs, leveraging data analysis and market research to uncover new business opportunities.

- Take charge of information gathering, develop business plans, derive insights, and present organizational data to decision-makers for informed choices.

- Project planning, including creating work plans, monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, risk management, resource management, and other associated tasks.

- Collaborate with the team to evaluate and select technologies suitable for specific projects.

- Matrix management of internal interfaces (legal, HR, procurement, operations, engineering, etc.) and external interfaces (startup companies, investment bodies, strategic partners, etc.).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management/ economics/ business administration/ law - mandatory. A master's degree is an advantage.

Experience in financial due diligence, building economic models and business analyses.

Experience from a strategic consulting firm is an advantage.

Knowledge or experience in innovation implementation processes in organizations - an advantage.

Project management experience - an advantage.
