Your challenge:

• Troubleshooting lab analyses and equipment
• Maintaining the site Food Safety program
• Manage ingredient and packaging storeroom and responsible for maintaining inventories of ingredients, packaging, and supplies
• Responsible for ordering the ingredients for the lab and managing the connection with the lab suppliers
• Develop and utilize an automated system for inventory management
• Manage ordering and receiving ingredient, packaging, products
• Manage all shipping and receiving activities as requested by R&D team
  
  

• Bachelor or above, in Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of demonstrated laboratory operations experience managing and scaling lab operations in food industry or relevant global environment, with experience working with production facilities and laboratories.
• Strong understanding of method validation and verification
• Ability to manage projects cross category
• Hands-on and strong communication skills
