Nova Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team.

The role involves troubleshooting technical problems, providing technical assistance to customers, and resolving network issues.

Role and Responsibilities:

You’ll be joining the global IT team:

• Supporting Nova's employees system-related issues

What will you do as IT support technician?

• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide technical assistance to customers
• Identify and resolve network issues
• Install and configure IT systems
• Maintain hardware and software components
• Monitor system performance and update system settings

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in IT support position
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Solid knowledge of IT systems and components
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
