Verification Lead

We are currently in search of an experienced HW Verification Team Lead.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable institution.
• A minimum of 5 years' demonstrated expertise in hands-on ASIC verification, encompassing test bench development, test case formulation, and Coverage closure.
• At least 3 years of prior experience in technically leading a small team of engineers.
• Thorough familiarity with industry-standard verification methodologies like UVM.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Outstanding problem-solving and debugging aptitude.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and self-directed.
• Capable of thriving within a team environment and maintaining productivity under demanding timelines.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and analyzing intricate issues.
• Knowledge of SV-UVM, Specman, and C++.
