Senior Attorney specializing in Litigation

Position: Senior Attorney specializing in Civil and Commercial Litigation

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation to join our leading law firm in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle a diverse caseload encompassing civil and commercial litigation matters.
2. Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation sessions.
3. Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice and strategies.
4. Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and appeals.
5. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored legal solutions.
6. Assist in negotiations and settlements to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
8. Mentor junior associates and provide guidance on legal matters and case strategy.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution; Master's degree or equivalent is a plus.
2. Admission to the Israeli Bar Association.
3. Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing civil and commercial litigation in a reputable law firm.
4. Proven track record of handling complex litigation cases from inception to resolution.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both Hebrew and English.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
9. Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior colleagues.
