As we expand, we're looking for a rockstar BA Manager to join our great team! As an BA manager, you will be responsible for setting the experience and incentive of our players from the numbers’ side. You will be controlling the difficulty level, rewards, pricing, bonuses and more- creating a coherent player journey and supporting the business goals. Using economic and behavioral insights, mathematical models, simulations, data analysis and A/B testing– you will be making the game more fun and increase engagement and monetization in the process!

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, game designers and developers in defining new game features as to set healthy incentives and keep the game economy balanced
• Design the structure and parameters you will use to control and configure a feature Manage budgets
• Create configurations for new features, live-ops challenges, in-app-purchase offers, bonus plans and more
• Find useful players’ segmentations for optimizing different KPIs
• Control the pricing in the game– both for in-game currencies and real money
• Optimize configurations using data analysis and A/B testing
• Balance engagement aspects of user experience with revenue increasing strategies
• Monitor important in-game economic KPIs and maintain a balanced economy

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis
• Experience in F2P online / mobile gaming
• BA/BSC degree in: Economics, statistics, mathematics, physics, business studies or any other quantitative field
• A skill for modeling complex structures
• Knowledge in statistics and probability theory
• Excellent control with Excel
• Good control with SQL (or other data querying language)
• Experience in data visualization (advantage for Looker)
• R/Mat lab / Python scripting language skills– advantage
