We are seeking a talented and experienced Data & Economy Lead to join our team.

In this key role, you will be responsible for driving data-driven insights, shaping the in-game economy, and optimizing player engagement and monetization strategies.

You will work closely with various departments, including game development, marketing, and product.

Responsibilities:

1. Economy Design and Optimization: Design and manage the in-game economy, including pricing, rewards, and virtual currency systems.

2. Identify actionable insights to improve player retention, engagement, and monetization.

3. Data Analysis and Insights: Leverage various data sources and analytics tools to collect, analyze, and understand player behavior.

4. Implement data-driven adjustments to the economy to maintain a healthy balance between player satisfaction and revenue generation.

5. Player Segmentation and Targeting: Develop and refine player segmentation models based on behavioral attributes, preferences, and spending patterns.

6.Collaborate with the LiveOps team to create personalized offers, promotions, and events to enhance player engagement and monetization.

7. Plan and execute A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the impact of different game features, economy changes, and promotions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in game economy data analysis, in the gaming or related industry.

Strong understanding of virtual economies and in-game monetization.

Passion for gaming and an understanding of player behavior and gaming trends.
