Description:

Maytronics is seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Subsidiaries Controller to join its global finance organization. The role is responsible for overseeing the financial reporting processes of Maytronics’ subsidiaries, ensuring accurate accounting treatment of intercompany transactions, supporting transfer pricing compliance, and contributing to an efficient and high-quality consolidation and reporting process at headquarters level.

Key Responsibilities

·        Oversee the periodic financial reporting processes of Maytronics’ subsidiaries, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete submission of financial data to headquarters.

·        Review subsidiaries’ financial results and reporting packages, identify accounting issues, and follow up on required adjustments or clarifications.

·        Perform detailed analytical review of subsidiaries’ financial statements, accompanying notes, and reporting packages, including analysis of key balances, fluctuations, disclosures, and consistency with Group reporting requirements.

·        Ensure proper accounting and booking of intercompany transactions, including cross-charges, management fees, loans, and other group transactions in alignment with the group’s transfer pricing policies and documentation requirements.

·        Coordinate and monitor quarterly and annual audit processes at the subsidiaries, with the objective of achieving an efficient, well-controlled, and timely audit cycle.

·        Act as a key liaison between subsidiaries’ finance teams, headquarters finance, external auditors, tax advisors, and other relevant stakeholders.

·        Support the Group consolidation process, including review of reporting packages, intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and other consolidation-related procedures.

·        Contribute to the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements and related reporting deliverables at headquarters level.

·        Supporting ISOX performance across the subsidiaries, including monitoring control execution, supporting remediation of deficiencies, and ensuring alignment with Group internal control requirements.

·        Drive process improvements, standardization, and strengthening of internal controls across subsidiaries’ finance and reporting activities.

·        Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification – required.

·        At least 5 years of experience in controllership positions, preferably in a global or multinational company, with hands-on experience in financial reporting, consolidation, audit, subsidiaries oversight, intercompany transactions, transfer pricing processes, and group reporting requirements.

·        Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles, with the ability to analyze complex transactions and reporting matters.

·        Experience with quarterly and annual audit processes, including interaction with external auditors.

·        Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with finance teams across different countries and cultures.

·        High proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems; experience with ERP and consolidation systems is an advantage.

·        Fluent English – required.
