Production & Supply Planner

Description:
Join Maytronics as a Production & Supply Planner where you will coordinate and optimize production schedules and supply chain operations to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and production capabilities.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production plans with business objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust production plans as necessary to prevent shortages.
• Prepare reports on production performance and supply chain metrics.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with production scheduling software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
