Description:
Maytronics is seeking a Senior Buyer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and extensive experience in procurement, helping to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness across our supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
- Analyze market trends to forecast procurement needs.
- Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing suppliers.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
