Video & Animation Production Manager

We are looking for a Video & Animation Production Manager!

In this role, you will serve as the operational engine behind Maytronics’ in-house video and animation studio, overseeing production workflows, schedules, budgets, vendor partnerships, post-production pipelines, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver and scale premium global content. This is a hands-on leadership position — you will not only manage production but also actively contribute to execution alongside the creative team. The role reports directly to the Global Head of Creative, based in the United States, and collaborates closely with global marketing and brand teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage end-to-end video and animation production processes—from planning to delivery.
• Build and maintain production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Oversee vendor relationships, including sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating with external studios, freelancers, and production partners.
• Optimize workflows, tools, and best practices within the in-house studio environment.
• Manage post-production pipelines including editing, animation, QC, versioning, and localization.
• Partner closely with internal creative teams—designers, editors, animators—to ensure smooth collaboration and high-quality output.
• Collaborate with global marketing and brand teams to support global content needs and campaign planning.
• Track and manage assets using tools such as Asana, DAM systems, review platforms, and production management tools.
• Maintain high standards of creative communication, clarity, and quality control.

• 5+ years of experience managing video or animation productions.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of the full production lifecycle (planning → execution → delivery).
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and multiple parallel projects.
• Experience working with internal creative teams and external vendors.
• Fluency with tools like Asana, DAM systems, and review platforms.
• Excellent English: speaking, writing, and reading - is a must.
• Experience in global or multi-market production environments (advantage).
• Familiarity with motion design workflows, post-production pipelines, and localization/versioning processes (advantage).
• Knowledge of rights and usage management (advantage).
