As they continue their rapid growth, they are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to help them attract and retain the best talent in the tech world.
The Role: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of the company by identifying, attracting, and engaging with top talent who share their passion for innovation and excellence. You will be the driving force behind their recruitment strategy, ensuring they not only meet their current staffing needs but also build a pipeline of candidates for future growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offering, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Utilize social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs and nurture a pipeline of future talent.
- Attend career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related events to promote the company and identify potential candidates.
- Use data and metrics to inform your strategy and decisions, improving the effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role within the technology or SaaS sectors.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment process and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with people at all levels.
- Experience with recruiting software and social media platforms for talent acquisition.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about technology and staying abreast of industry trends and innovations.
