Financial Controller - maternity leave replacement

BTB (Be The Bank), the leading P2P lending platform in Israel is looking for a Financial Controller position - maternity leave replacement + option.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of quarterly financial statements

Work closely with management and other departments, bringing important financial and accounting understanding

Analyzing the financial results

Budget Vs. Actual monthly analysis

Work closely with the external auditors and tax advisors during yearly reporting and ongoing basis.

Preparing the annual tax reports

Oversee and manage full cycle payroll

Professional guidance assistance for bookkeeping

Full time job in Tel Aviv (near HaHagana rail station).

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in accounting and CPA certification - Must

Knowledge of IFRS - Must

Internship in one of the Big 4 accounting firms - Must

Experience in preparation of financial reports

Great interpersonal skills

Great Microsoft Excel skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

A quick learner, with a high level of analytical capabilities and business understanding

Familiarity with Priority ERP - Advantage
