Bookkeeper

We are looking for a bookkeeper to join our finance team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Full bookkeeping of the group's records
• Managing suppliers (Israeli and international)- invoices entries and reconciliations
• Customers and suppliers reconciliation
• Accounts Receivables - Invoicing, collection, reconciliation, and aging reports
• Monitor & review of the day-to-day transactions, maintaining the books up to date
• Prepare financial and administrative reports as needed
• Month-end accruals
• Filling and preparation of supporting docs for audit
• Tax monthly reporting
  
  

• 3 years of bookkeeping experience. Experience in Manufacturing company- Advantage
• Experience and deep knowledge of Priority ERP-Advantage
• High-level of English language (both spoken and written)
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills in English
• Team player and service-oriented
• Type 1 + 2 bookkeeping certificates – must
• Working with SAP - An advantage
