Looking for a motivated, ambitious, and independent Game Economy Manager to be our mathematical product expert for the hybrid-casual games activity, with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion.
- Design, monitor, balance and own the economy model and User Experience
- Work on multiple games with different types of economy mechanics from different genres
- Create and analyze pricing funnels to increase IAP share of wallet
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, developers, data, monetization
- Recommend rewards and monetization game features to create an economic system to fulfill player needs.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Game Economy
Bachelors Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a similar quantitative field
Passion for games
Advanced analytical skills, ability to spot patterns and trends
An Excel Expert
