Director, HW Procurement Director

Responsible for on-going HW Procurement Manager success in the short term and the long term, providing strategic alignment of the HW business to the company goals and end to end sync and prioritization of the HW business operations.

• Responsible to execute improvement plans for supporting the main HW related KPIs –
• Delivering on the company Revenue needs
• Improvement of the Customer Experience and the Presses Quality
• Improvement of the HW related Operational Efficiency
• Continuous implementation of Lean methodology within the HW business
• Improvement of NPI processes and the Quality of NPI products released
• Influences manufacturing and product design strategies to leverage on HP scale and operations directions. Assumes responsibility for the successful implementation of business plans in his/her defined area of responsibility. Contributes to the overall strategic definition of the Operations function with strong business acumen.
• Acts as a key advisor to executive management in influencing the strategic direction of the business. Reports to the Head of Operations.
• Develops and leads design, assembly and Integration of multidisciplinary complex systems, implementation, communication and delivery of the company's HW business operation initiatives across Indigo.
• Leading and implementing manufacturing and engineering processes in the production line to enable reliable and continuous assurance of supply. Leading short and long term scalability and efficiency improvement within the business and in conjunction with the HW MFG and Quality Sections. Leading ~290 employees
  
  

• First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in a supply chain or related function.
• Experienced in managing large organizations.
• Significant Operations & Engineering background preferred, with experience in multiple disciplines (e.g., manufacturing, planning, logistics, Engineering, etc.).
  
  

• Good familiarity with the Indigo HW products
• Ability to lead end to end organization in a matrix environment
• Advanced leadership skills, particularly in complex, international, and cross functional teams.
• Advanced program management and prioritization skills.
• Advanced communication skills, catered to a wide variety of audiences.
• Good understanding of Financial reporting and P&L management.
• Ability to manage complex processes concurrently.
