We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to drive the development of our web technology products. This role involves leading and coordinating the research and development teams work, understanding the customers needs and requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful delivery. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication to drive product development and deliver value to both the organization and its customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision & strategy to engineering and research teams, aligned with business objectives.
• Gather and document product requirements, considering both business and technical aspects. Prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and market demands.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap, outlining the timeline for feature releases and updates.
• Act as a bridge between the engineering team and the research team.
• Work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality software releases.
• Plan and coordinate product releases, considering dependencies and potential impacts on stakeholders.
• Measure and evaluate impact of post deployment product decisions and respond accordingly
• Make sure the products support the scale of customers.
  
  

• Proven experience as a technical product manager or in a related role, especially in designing and implementing large-scale apps in production is a must.
• Engineering or research experience
• Excellent understanding of modern web apps’ lifecycle and architecture.
• Domain expert in a developers centric product
• Results-oriented with a focus on delivering value to customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment and changing needs.
• Fluent in English.
