Project Manager Agile & Jira Expert

About the Role:

We are looking for Agile & Jira Expert. This is your opportunity to immerse yourself in the fascinating world of agile development. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing agile methodologies to enhance the organizational culture and improve project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement work methodologies within the PI Planning world, aligning them with the organizational culture.
• Guide and embed the PI process across departments: work using the PI Planning methodology with Scrum teams, project managers, PO's, and other leaders.
• Manage workloads in the agile environment: establish department standards for managing team velocity and future workloads.
• Manage systems and tools: Jira and Sciforma. Responsibilities include gathering user requirements, specifications, testing, implementation, and on-the-ground training.
• Establish and embed a unified work standard among project managers, adapting it to agile methodology and the unique needs of each project.
• Develop work methods and controls tailored to agile work through the Jira system.
• Departmental KPIs: Create departmental KPIs within the Agile world, adapting them to methodology and strategic needs, with ongoing construction and monitoring.
• Work with multiple interfaces, including external consultants, leading change while managing objections and encouraging engagement in the process.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment managing multiple tasks, under pressure, and challenging deadlines.
• High level of service orientation and the ability to integrate users.
• Extensive knowledge of the Jira system - required.
• Good acquaintance with Agile methodology, working alongside Scrum teams - required.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or another relevant field - required.
• Excellent command of Excel - required.
• Familiarity with SAFe methodology - significant advantage.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies/ PMO - an advantage.
