OpenDor Media (ODM) is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Senior Marketing Strategist who will be responsible for developing sound strategy and supporting in the delivery of impactful marketing campaigns across the organization’s four core divisions and brands.
The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Someone who is a passionate, life-long learner, creative problem solver and is comfortable operating at both highly strategic and tactical levels. This role works closely with a variety of different teams within the organization and requires strong collaboration, communication and project management skills.
The Senior Strategist reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.
What You’ll Do:
Your work will be split across the OpenDor Media brand, Unpacked and Amplified.
- Brand Awareness: Use innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness among 18-34 Jews and their peers
- Audience Growth: Increase our audience base across your focus brands using multiple channels, seeking to develop and test new marketing strategies
- Campaigns: Strategic planning and executing multichannel marketing campaigns including: email marketing, social media, paid social, search, display and guerilla marketing that “stop the scroll”
- Writing: Execute email newsletters, press releases, articles, social media ad copy and landing pages
- Research: Conduct research on the market, the competition and customers to identify trends and opportunities for future growth
- Data Measurement/Analysis: Support the Paid Media Lead and Data team in using analytics to make data-driven decisions to refine online ad campaigns and improve campaign strategies
- Project management: End-to-end management of marketing projects within your remit
What You Have:
- Drive for creative thinking

- Passion for pop-culture, current trends and what drives interest for GenZ and Millennials
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage stakeholders/deadlines
- Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns that “stop the scroll” and lead to awareness, engagement and customer acquisition
- Excellent writing skills in English with an ability to write for multiple brands
- Fluency in online marketing: Social media, SEO, PPC, Email marketing
- Experience with data analysis, presentation, reporting, and tracking tools. Ability to not only report, but also provide recommendations for future improvements is a must
- Team player with excellent communication skills; and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, switching focus as necessary to accommodate deadlines and priorities
- BA/BS degree (or equivalent training and experience)
- Proficiency in Marketing CRM (Pardot is a plus), Facebook for Business, and Google Analytics

Our target salary range for this position when based in New York is $80,000 - $85,000 annually; in Israel 19,000 - 21,000 NIS per month. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate's exact location, experience in similar roles, and expertise related to the qualifications.
