Division  Description

The Digital Operations Unit is a cohesive, professional and highly experienced unit, which operates at the heart of the organization's technological activity.

It is responsible for the ongoing, stable and high-quality operation of all digital systems in production. The unit operates in an advanced technological environment, handles complex malfunctions, performs version deployments, supports critical services, and leads initiatives to improve performance, availability, and process automation.

The team operates at a high pace, in close interface with development, infrastructure, information security and business teams – while providing a fast, professional and service-oriented response.

Job Description

The digital team is looking for a technological operations person with a systemic vision, initiative, and high ability to function in a dynamic environment. The position includes:

·      Responsibility for operation, monitoring (including building monitoring) and maintenance of operational production systems

·      Troubleshoot critical services, including systems with IIS  interfaces and integration with databases

·      Work with cloud services and support for version deployments

·      Participate in and lead initiatives to improve system availability, stability, performance, and survivability

·      Analysis of recurring faults, initiation of systemic solutions and systematic monitoring of their implementation

·      Responsibility for coordinating and managing operational processes vis-à-vis many elements in the organization

You will be exposed to advanced technologies, work with many interfaces, and be a significant part of key processes that affect the entire organization.

The work requires high availability, fast-paced work, real-time response to events, and responsibility for systems that have a direct impact on users and customers.

Job Requirements

Experience Required:

·      At least3 yearsof experience inOperations / Production / NOC Tier 2-3 position – mandatory

·      Experience working with IIS – mandatory

·      Experience in operating application systems with connection to databases (SQL/Oracle) - required

·      Experience working withWindowsand Linux operating systems

·      PowerShell/Bash/Python Scripting– Required

·      Experience with Cloud Services (Azure / AWS)

·      Experience with Docker/Kubernetes

·      Good English

Advantage for:

·      Introduction to monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK, Appdynamics)

·      Experience with  Jenkins
