Job Description

• Provide both technical and functional support for the Infor M3 Movex ERP system, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to system functionality, data integrity, and performance.
• Maintain and Administrate the system and its integration using the ERP Utilities and add-ons (ION, MEC, LCM, MOM, SmartOffice);
• Maintain and Build ERP Reports using POV Tool;
• Provide guidance and support to the customer to ensure that they are using the system to its full potential;
• Work closely with the customer to ensure their satisfaction with the ERP system and to identify and address any areas of improvement.
• Collaborate with other members of the support team, as well as with other technical staff, to resolve complex issues and to ensure that the ERP system is meeting the customer's needs;
• Pro-actively identify any potential issues and take steps to prevent them from becoming problems;
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with the customer and all actions taken to resolve their issues using Service Now;
• Communicate effectively with the customer to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations and to provide timely and accurate information on the status of their issues;
• Prerequisites:
• Technical skills:

• Strong Experience with Infor M3 Movex ERP system (Maintenance, Development and Administration);
• Good knowledge of the system's technical architecture and ability to navigate its various interfaces and customization tools in order to make modifications to the system, troubleshoot issues, and monitor system performance;
• Good knowledge of database management and SQL (AS400);
• Experience with programming languages such as Java (used in difference Interfaces with MOVEX);
• Good Knowledge of the below ERP Utilities, add-ons and integration used to manage, maintain and enhance the system such as :
• ION (Integration Object Network) is a middleware tool that enables integration between Infor M3 and other systems. It is used to create, manage, and monitor integrations between Infor M3 and other systems, such as EDI, e-commerce platforms, and other ERP systems. A support case example for ION would be troubleshooting an issue related to a specific integration, such as data not flowing correctly between Infor M3 and an e-commerce platform;
• MEC (M3 Enterprise Collaborator) is a web-based collaboration tool that enables communication and collaboration between users and teams within an Infor M3 system. MEC can be used to create and manage tasks, share documents, and collaborate on projects. A support case example for MEC would be troubleshooting an issue related to a user not being able to access a specific MEC task or project;
• LCM (Life Cycle Manager) is a tool used to manage the lifecycle of Infor M3 objects, such as programs, reports, and menus. It is used to version control, deploy and rollback the changes made to the system. A support case example for LCM would be troubleshooting an issue related to a program not running correctly after being deployed using LCM;
• MOM (ERP Printouts management) is a tool used to manage and control the printouts produced by the ERP system; This can include creating and modifying templates, managing print queues, and troubleshooting issues related to printouts. A support case example for ERP Printouts management would be troubleshooting an issue related to a specific printout not being generated correctly or not being able to access a specific printout template;
• SmartOffice is a web-based user interface for Infor M3 that provides users with a modern, easy-to-use interface for working with the ERP system. SmartOffice can be used for tasks such as creating and managing sales orders, managing inventory, and running reports. A support case example for SmartOffice would be troubleshooting an issue related to a user not being able to access a specific function in SmartOffice such as creating a sales order;
• POV (Infor Process Optimization and Visualization) is a Reporting tool that is integrated with or used in conjunction with the Movex M3 system to analyze and improve business processes;
• Familiar with the best practices and standard procedures for the use of the above ERP utilities to ensure the system's stability and security;
• Functional skills:

• Strong understanding of the various functional areas of the system, including financials, supply chain management, manufacturing, and logistics;
• Other skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems related to the ERP system and to provide solutions that meet the customer's needs;
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, as well as the ability to listen actively and understand the client's specific needs and concerns;
• Ability to manage client expectations and to explain any limitations or challenges with the system in a clear and tactful manner;.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively work with clients, Internal teams or any 3rd party;
• Ability to handle difficult customers and provide solutions for their concerns and complaints. When it comes to difficult customers, the resource would need to :
• Be able to maintain a professional and calm demeanor, even in challenging situations;
• Be able to identify and address any underlying issues that may be causing the client's dissatisfaction, and work with them to find a solution that meets their needs;
• Be able to effectively manage conflict and negotiate with the client to reach a mutually beneficial outcome;
• Good Knowledge of ITIL to manage and improve the delivery of IT services, such as incident management, problem management and change management;
• Good Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, would also be beneficial to work effectively with development teams and to manage and prioritize tasks and projects related to the ERP;
