We are looking for a dynamic self-driven Salesforce professional, with a proven track record in managing Business Applications, to join our Information Systems department and lead the Salesforce implementation at Guesty.

Guesty has grown extensively in the last 3 years, and your main objective will be to uplift our Salesforce implementation to meet the robust business needs of a company of our size.

The ideal candidate is a master of Salesforce that knows how a state of the art implementation looks like, and can bring our Salesforce to this level with a blend of management and hands-on involvement, assertiveness, innovation, coping with a fast-paced environment, and using exceptional communication skills.

In this critical role, you will lead a team of professionals, driving excellence in managing Salesforce solutions from design to implementation. You will directly collaborate with management level stakeholders to align Business Applications strategies with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Business Applications ownership: leverage extensive experience to design and implement Salesforce solutions for cross-company processes that align with organizational goals. Leverage the latest Salesforce developments and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Team Management: manage a team of professionals, fostering agile working methods and high-performance culture. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, ensuring their continued development and success.
• Management and Hands-On Approach: balance the responsibilities of a managerial role with hands-on involvement in projects and tasks. Lead by example, demonstrating salesforce expertise, commitment to delivery, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Work in a high-paced environment: work under pressure, adapt to last-minute changes, be flexible and resilient to adjust strategies and plans as business goals evolve.
• Integrations: oversee the development and implementation of interface solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems like Zuora CPQ, Hubspot, ChilliPiper, EverAfter, MixMax, Calendly, Modjo and more.

Requirements:

• Extensive Salesforce experience (7+ years) including best practices, architecture, development, automations, administration, and business analysis (Salesforce certifications are an advantage).
• Proven experience managing a Salesforce team.
• Proven project management capabilities, practicing agile working methods.
• Previous experience in a global SaaS company and high-paced environment.
• A creative and innovative mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Comprehensive knowledge of business systems and processes.
• Excellent stakeholders management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent degree.
• Fluent English.
