Position Overview:

As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Enable Financial, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing operations and developing the marketing strategy and vision for the organization.

Location:

Jerusalem, Israel (hybrid setup, but must be located in Israel)

Compensation:

30K-45K Shekels/month (commensurate on experience)

Responsibilities:

Market Insight: Stay informed about market trends and conduct market research.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Liaise with all departments to guide a unified marketing approach.

Strategic Marketing: Define marketing strategies aligned with overall organizational objectives.

Implementation: Develop and oversee the day-to-day implementation of the marketing plan.

Marketing Functions: Plan and organize marketing functions and operations, including product development, branding, and communications.

Promotional Campaigns: Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR, and marketing efforts across various channels (digital, press, etc.).

Lead Generation and Management: Manage aspects of marketing to generate high-quality leads using multiple channels. Determine the most effective platforms for lead generation.

Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring proper nurturing of leads. Determine the frequency of sales representatives' calls to prospects.

Tool Utilization: Utilize different types of tools to enhance the effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or in a similar role
• Native English speaker
• Experience in B2B marketing for large companies
• Hands-on experience in marketing platforms
• Proficient in digital/online marketing techniques
• Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
• Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance, etc.)
• Proficient in various CRM softwares
• Leadership with both creative and analytical capabilities
• Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
• BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, communications, or a relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
