Vice President of Products

We are looking for a VP of Product, reporting directly to the CBO, who will be responsible for defining, developing, and delivering Autobrains’ perception driving products, including autonomous driving systems based on its vision and mission. As VP of Product, you will collaborate internally with all teams, including business, sales, engineering, R&D, and technology groups, to best understand customer needs and technology trends, and utilize that expertise to manage our strategic product roadmap, from development through launch and commercialization. You will also be responsible for performing market research, assisting in defining business cases and go-to-market strategy and interfacing with potential customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our perception products, including autonomous driving systems, aligning with the company’s vision and business objectives. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform product roadmap decisions.
• Interface with customers and industry partners to understand their requirements, pain points and priorities. Build strong relationships and gather feedback to drive product differentiation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to close the gaps between operations, R&D, and business teams, and ensure alignment and coordination across the organization.
• Adopt a KPIs driven approach, define key performance indicators to measure the success of product initiatives and track progress towards strategic goals.
• Translate product features and capabilities into detailed technical requirements
• Lead the product development process from concept, through development and all the way to commercialization, while working closely with R&D and Technology teams to deliver innovative and high quality products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• At least 8 years experience in product management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience in the Automotive business.
• Experience in multidisciplinary R&D roles, preferably in AI automotive.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and SoC providers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high growth environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluent in English.
• MBA - an advantage.
