Controller

We are looking for a Controller to support all business areas, management, and headquarters with information for decision-making, anticipating needs for financial information, costs, accounting, tax, and performance indicators. Lead the accounting, tax, and controllership activities, ensuring that all reports and records are made in accordance with accounting, tax, and corporate principles, rules, and legislation, within the terms and procedures established by the Company.

Also, this position oversees the preparation of the monthly/quarterly/ annual reporting to management and authorities, domestic and international taxation, internal controls, processing and review of payments and collections.

Responsibilities

· Direct responsibility for the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process

· Quality assurance of the reporting packages for timely close process compliance

· Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting, including preparation of financial statements

· Assists in year-end external audit and the correspondence with the external auditors

· Performs day-to-day accounting functions: AP, AR, collections

· Responsible for the consolidating process of the group

· Being a business partner that helps management with decision-making

· Assist in domestic and international tax return preparation and tax strategy

· Identify and implement process improvements that increase accuracy and efficiency and strengthen the Company’s internal controls environment

· Provide and prepare applicable regulatory reporting

Qualifications

• CPA with Big 4 experience – a must
• 4 + years of relevant work experience, out of which at least 2 years as a controller, assistant controller, or manager in one of the Big 4.
• Strong English level
• Experience with SB1 – advantage.
• Hands-on, highly organized; the highest level of accuracy
• Proven analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong technical background in public accounting (US GAAP/IFRS)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to anticipate needs and pre-plan work
• Able to analyze, organize, summarize, and articulate complex accounting and financial information
